How do I know if I'm logged in?

For NGI site access, always make sure you are logged in. The login box is found at the top right-hand corner of every page on our website.

If you are logged in, you will see "Welcome, (Your Name Here)".

If you are not logged in, you will see "Log In".

How do I change my password?

If you are logged in and want to change your password, go to the top right-hand corner menu and click on the “Welcome, (Your Name Here)" link to jump inside your NGI account settings. From there, find "Change My Password" at left and follow the steps on-screen to change your password.

If you are not logged in and do not know your password, click here to reset it.

How do I obtain an API key and / or an Excel Token?

Simply email your account manager and request one! If you're unsure who your account manager is, please email your request directly to sales@naturalgasintel.com and it will be routed correctly.

Where can I see a list of the services I have access to?

While logged in, you can jump into your Services listing from any page on the website by clicking "Welcome, (Your Name Here)" link found at top-right.

How can I re-download a file or files I've purchased in the past?

While logged in, you can jump into your Downloads listing from any page on the website by clicking "Welcome, (Your Name Here)" link found at top-right and then choosing "My Downloads" from the sidebar menu.

How do I change my name, email, and / or billing address?

While logged in, you can jump into your Settings listing from any page on the website by clicking "Welcome, (Your Name Here)" link found at top-right and then choosing "Settings" from the sidebar menu.

I'd like to view my transaction history. How can I see it?
